At Custom Paint By Numbers, we want you to love your wearable art. If your custom apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the return, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement custom piece within 5-7 business days.
